National Martyrs' Memorial a great monument of Bangaldesh also call Jatiyo Sriti Soudho, is situated in savar.Jatiyo Sriti Soudho is the sign of heroism and the immolate of those slaughtered in the Liberation War of 1971, which brought the independence of Bangladesh from Pakistan.
National Martyrs' Memorial is 150 feet high. It has 7 isosceles triangular pyramid shaped structures, with the middle one being the taller than others. Several mass graves situated in front of monument. There are many gardens, an artificial lake, trees ponds many walkways. Natural beauty of this place is very attractive.
