BANANA LASSI RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • ½ cup of curd
  • 1 cup of chilled milk
  • 1/8 tsp of cardamom powder
  • 2 tblsp sugar or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom powder.(optional)
  • 1 tblsp of chopped almonds.
  • ½ cup of ice cubes.
Preparation:
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender except nuts and blend at high speed till frothy.
  • Now pour into individual glasses.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of nuts and crushed ice.

Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain curd
  • 1/2 cup of chilled milk

  • 1 cup chopped ripe mango (pulp)

  • 1 tblsp sugar or to taste

  • A pinch of ground cardamom (optional)

  • 1 tblsp of chopped almonds.

  • ½ cup of ice cubes.

    Method

    Put mango, curd, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Now pour into individual glasses.
    Serve with a sprinkling of nuts and crushed ice.

SALTY LASSI RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dry-roasted and ground cumin seed.
  • 1 cup plain curd1 cup chilled milk.

  • ½ tblsp lemon juices or to taste.

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp salt or to taste.

  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes.
Preparation:

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed till frothy.
  • Now pour into individual glasses or mugs and salty lassi ready to serve.

SWEET LASSI RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of curd (dahi) .
  • ½ a cup of cold water .
  • ½ a cup of ice cubes.

  • 1 ½ tblsp of sugar¼ tsp of salt.

  • 1 tblsp of chopped almonds.

  • A dollop of plain curd for garnishing.
Preparation:

Put all the ingredients into a blender except nuts and blend at high speed till frothy.
Now pour into individual glasses or mugs and Serve with a sprinkling of nuts.

GREEN MANGO JUICE / AAM PANNA RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • Raw green mangos- 4 medium sized (Aam) 4 tblsp Sugar or to taste (Cheeni)
  • Sea salt -1/2 tbs or to taste (lobon)

  • Black salt -1/2 tsp or to taste (bet lobon)

  • 1 tsp dry-roasted and grounded Cumin Seed (Jeera)

  • Red chili Powder 1/3tsp (Lal Mirchi)

  • 2 tbs finely chopped mint leaves (Pudina Leaves)
Preparation:
  • Peel off the mangoes and cut in small pieces.

  • Place the mangoes with water to cover in a sauce – pan and bring to boil

  • until the pieces become very soft.

  • Keep the whole mixture to cool (don’t drain the water)

  • Add sugar, two kind of salts, chili, cumin, water and blend it in mixy.

  • Stir in the mint and whisk.

  • Transfer it to a jag.

  • Serve with crushed ice.
The green mango juice /amm panna is one of the most tasty and refreshing drink in summer. Green mango juice is a good source of vitamin C.

ALMOND HONEY MILK RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • ¼ th cup blanched Almond (Badam)
  • 2 cup Milk (Doodh)
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom seeds or ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ tblsp sugar
  • 3tblsp Honey (Modho)

Method of almond honey milk:.
  • Blend almonds with water in a blender to make fine paste.
  • Add 2/3 cup milk and blend it again.
  • Pour the milk into a pan and boil it.
  • Remove the pan from the heat, add cardamom seeds or vanilla.
  • Place the pan over high heat and bring to boil.
  • Now add honey and sugar to it and stir it well until dissolves completely.
  • Pour it into mugs and serve!
  • You Can Enjoy Almond Honey Milk with Ice.
