Ingredients:
- Raw green mangos- 4 medium sized (Aam) 4 tblsp Sugar or to taste (Cheeni)
- Sea salt -1/2 tbs or to taste (lobon)
- Black salt -1/2 tsp or to taste (bet lobon)
- 1 tsp dry-roasted and grounded Cumin Seed (Jeera)
- Red chili Powder 1/3tsp (Lal Mirchi)
- 2 tbs finely chopped mint leaves (Pudina Leaves)
- Peel off the mangoes and cut in small pieces.
- Place the mangoes with water to cover in a sauce – pan and bring to boil
- until the pieces become very soft.
- Keep the whole mixture to cool (don’t drain the water)
- Add sugar, two kind of salts, chili, cumin, water and blend it in mixy.
- Stir in the mint and whisk.
- Transfer it to a jag.
- Serve with crushed ice.
