- 1 cup plain curd
- 1/2 cup of chilled milk
- 1 cup chopped ripe mango (pulp)
- 1 tblsp sugar or to taste
- A pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
- 1 tblsp of chopped almonds.
- ½ cup of ice cubes.
Put mango, curd, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Now pour into individual glasses.
Serve with a sprinkling of nuts and crushed ice.
